Good morning, all! I wanted to take a moment and celebrate Spring's arrival finally here in PA. Of course, we are getting rainy days amidst the sunny ones, but it's much better than snow. On the rainy days, I've been quilting while on the nice ones I've been riding my horse who is excited since she had green niblets of grass. The past two rides, sh'es been spunky. We haven't seen any deer, but I've seen a bear and one of her cubs twice. Not a thing you want to do on horseback. I wanted to share a wonderful class that my mom and I went to last week. The teacher is natinoally known, Bonnie Hunter. She is a scrappy quilter. I know that some of my subscribers love that type of thing. Please type her name in your search engine and check out her site. She does classes all over and they are great fun. She also has a free pattern on her site. It's the one we worked on in her class. I have dog and cat fabric in my quilt so I'm calling it "Scrappy Critters". When I get it done, I'll post it. Take care and enjoy the nice weather, but on the rainy ones, pull that sewing machine and rotary cutter out.
